Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your plated pieces. If something isn't right, here is how returns and refunds work at Mintello.

Return Window

You have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for eligible items. After that window, we may be unable to accept returns.

Conditions for Return

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required
• Hygiene seals / tags must remain intact where applicable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at hello@mintello.shop with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange replacement or refund.

How to Initiate a Return

Email hello@mintello.shop with your order number and reason. We reply with return instructions for our Pakistan operations.

Refunds

Mintello primarily uses Cash on Delivery. Approved refunds are processed via bank transfer or other agreed method after we receive and inspect the return (typically within several business days of inspection).

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect).

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Return the original for a refund and place a new order (select ring size carefully on PDPs).
