Refund & Return Policy

1. Refund Eligibility Window
We offer a **30-day** refund and return guarantee. You have exactly **30 days** from the day your package is delivered (according to the logistics carrier tracking scan) to request a refund, exchange, or replacement.
If **30 days** have gone by since your order arrived at the shipping destination, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Cancellation Before Shipment
Because we operate on a dropshipping sourcing model where orders are placed directly with our supplier on a made-to-order basis:
- Cancellations within 12 Hours: If you change your mind and request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order, we can cancel it and issue a full refund immediately, as the item will not yet have been processed by our supplier.
- Cancellations after 12 Hours: Once an order is processed and purchased from our global supplier (status becomes "Ordered on Supplier"), we cannot halt the shipment. In this case, you must wait for the item to arrive and proceed with our standard return process.
3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged during transit, has manufacturing defects, or is the incorrect item:
No Need to Ship to China: We do not require you to ship the item back to the supplier warehouse overseas. Simply contact our support team at **support@mintello.shop** with:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos or a brief video showing the defect, damage, or incorrect size/color.
Upon review, if the defect/damage is confirmed, we will determine the best resolution. We will either send a **free replacement** with priority tracking or issue a **full refund** through Paddle, depending on your preference.
4. Changed Your Mind / Return Conditions
If you wish to return a product simply because you changed your mind or no longer want it, the following conditions apply:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same brand-new condition that you received it.
- Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs to our local review office. Sourcing return labels to international warehouses is not required. You must ship the item back to our designated local address, which will be provided by support. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed minus any original shipping costs.
5. Processing & Refund Settlement Timeframe
Paddle Settlement Timeline: Once we approve a refund, it is processed via Paddle.
The refund is returned to your original payment card, bank account, or wallet. According to standard banking settlement rules, please allow **5 to 10 business days** for the credit to clear and reflect on your statement. We cannot speed up this bank processing time.
6. Denied Refunds
We reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges if:
- The refund request is submitted more than **30 days** after delivery.
- The item shows signs of wear, usage, damage, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- The return package is lost in transit because you used an untracked shipping service.
