Mintello is an online retailer of plated fashion jewelry (gold-plated, rhodium-plated, American Diamond / Cubic Zirconia accents). We currently serve customers in Pakistan only, with Cash on Delivery as the active payment method.

You may use this site for lawful personal shopping only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content without permission, or disrupt service for others.
Account creation is powered by Clerk. You are responsible for your credentials and activity under your account. Contact hello@mintello.shop if you suspect unauthorized access.
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Orders start as Pending until we confirm by phone or message (RTO prevention). We may accept or decline orders for stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Accepted orders move Pending → Confirmed → Shipped → Delivered (or Returned).
Held inventory: Mintello sells jewelry we stock. Prices are in PKR (Rs.).
Shipping is Pakistan-wide and free on every order — no minimum subtotal and no shipping fee at checkout. Optional platform GST appears only when enabled and is separate from any courier-withheld COD tax.
Product materials use honest language: gold-plated, rhodium-plated, American Diamond (AD), Cubic Zirconia. We do not claim solid gold or natural diamond unless a product explicitly states that.
