Where We Ship
We ship nationwide across Pakistan only. International orders are not processed at this time.
Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after successful call verification and dispatch.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Remote areas may take longer depending on courier coverage.
Shipping Costs
Free shipping on every order — no minimum order value and no shipping charge at checkout
Cash on Delivery amount is the merchandise total (plus any platform GST only when GST is enabled on the site). Shipping is never added as a separate fee

COD is available for eligible locations. An outbound verification call helps reduce failed deliveries. Please keep your phone available after ordering.
Tracking
When your order ships, we record courier name and tracking/AWB on your order. You can view tracking on your confirmation page, account orders, and shipping email when available. Not every courier provides a public live map link.
Service levels (SLA)
Verification: outbound COD confirmation call usually same or next business day after order.
Dispatch to delivery: typically 2–5 business days after verification, depending on city and courier capacity.

Missing or Delayed Packages
