Mintello operates on an independent resale and dropship model. We do not formulate, blend, or manufacture cosmetic compounds in-house. Instead, our curation team filters global cosmetic supply chains to source formulas that meet high-performance active ingredient standards, placing them under the Mintello brand.

Our supply partners operate globally, and a significant portion of our products are manufactured by verified cosmetic production facilities in China (sourced via established AliExpress channels). Because dropshipping introduces supply chain gaps, we mitigate risk by performing rigorous compliance checks on all catalog items.

2. The Mintello Filter: Curation Standards

We reject approximately 92% of the candidate items we review. For a formula to join our catalog, it must satisfy:

• Active Ingredient Percentage Validation: We verify that active ingredients (such as Retinol, Niacinamide, Hyaluronic Acid, or Vitamin C) are present at effective clinical concentrations, not decorative trace percentages.
• Clean, Stable Vehicle Formulation: Products must use barrier-safe emollients and humectants. We filter out harsh drying alcohols, synthetic fragrances, and sensitizing essential oils.
• pH Stability Check: Formulas (especially chemical exfoliants and active serums) are vetted for stable pH ranges that work harmoniously with the skin barrier.

3. Regulatory Labeling Compliance

Cosmetic dropshipping often suffers from incomplete or misleading packaging labels. To protect our customers, we enforce absolute INCI (International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients) transparency:

• Ingredient Translation: We audit all manufacturing documentation to verify and list the complete, honest ingredient list on our product pages.
• Warning & Allergy Statements: Every product details explicit usage instructions, allergen alerts, and ingestion warnings where applicable.
• Responsible Persons & Origins: Every product listing clearly states its country of origin, PAO (Period After Opening) expiration timeframe, and legal corporate identifiers.
